Marcin Żmudzki has contributed to numerous IT projects for not-for-profit, business and government clients in the Washington metropolitan area. He has worked at large and small consulting firms and as an independent consultant.
Marcin can administer your Microsoft, Apple and Google systems and services, including enterprise-level solutions; design and administer your networks; deploy and maintain your PCs, Macs and Chromebooks; and provide IT management services such as IT budgeting, project management, documentation, procurement, helpdesk oversight and contractor relations. He can also design your SharePoint site, help you with your WordPress blog and advise you on social media marketing strategies. In general, Marcin can analyze your operational or business requirements and adapt new technologies to solve your problems.
Prior to starting his IT career, in the 1990s, Marcin worked as a Polish language translator and interpreter in Washington. He contracted with many translation companies, but also ran his own firm, Polish Language Services, which provided language and project management services to government agencies and non-governmental organizations.
In addition to completing a series of IT training courses and earning Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications, Marcin has earned an A.A. in Computer Science (Business Option) at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, and a B.A. in International Affairs at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Marcin came to the United States from Poland as a teenager in 1981. In addition to IT, his interests include online communication and collaboration tools, international relations, Polish events, human rights and pro-democracy activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and business partner, Katarzyna Zmudzki.
