I forgot to back up my QuickBooks, what about you?
While using a cloud-based service, it sometimes skips our attention that we still are responsible for our own data. In fact, according to Intuit’s terms of service (p. 6.1.1), You are responsible for any lost or unrecoverable Content. You must provide all required and appropriate warnings, information and disclosures. Intuit is not responsible for any of your Content that you submit through the Services. More, they even say this – Archive your Content frequently.
So how do we do it? As it turns out, there are not so many options integrated with QuickBooks. After looking at available services and reviews from other users we decided to try Rewind. They have free 14 days trial and the more accounts you want to back up the lower would be the price. What’s more, they offer not just a backup but also to restore your files to the exact version you need in minutes (in case you’ve done a mistake or want to undo your actions).
